Twigs, undergrowth, spices and old wood; there’s a lot going on here. Red and black cherry flavours and developed leathery nuances are also in the mix. It’s fresh on the nose, slightly stewy on the palate, and then gently, gently bitter and smoky through the finish. It all works pretty well.
