60% pinot noir, 40% shiraz, fermented in both stainless steel and French oak, only 90 dozen produced. Alive with flavour and scent, its juiciness bordering on the crunchy. Citrus, rose petals, hints of raspberry, dried herbs. It has savoury/herbal elements, but fruit leads the race. The drinkability factor is high.
