You could lean against this and it wouldn't budge. It's dark in colour terms but macerated cherry and plum flavour come sets in spicy tannin, strings of garden herbs tying things firmer still. It's attractive; it's no plodder. You'd bet on it developing well too.

We saw the Nintingbool Vineyard in action on Winefront many moons ago – see here – via Tomboy Hill, but here we have it under its own steam. The Nintingbool Vineyard is two hectares in size, planted “in harsh goldfields soil, at an elevation of 425 metres.” Production is 350 “cases” per years.
